Relentless Protection
All-Weather Lock System
The TruckVault all-weather lock is designed for improved ergonomics and consistent compression. As the drawer closes, the lock engages and applies pressure against the bulb seal, creating a tight, controlled seal at the drawer face.
Sealed Drawer Interface
A full-perimeter bulb seal lines the drawer opening, while the reinforced drawer face provides a rigid surface for compression. When paired with the TruckVault all-weather lock, this system helps prevent the intrusion of dust, moisture, and debris.
All-Weather Lock System
A reinforced Strike Guard plate integrates with the all-weather lock system, strengthening the drawer face and helping resist prying attempts by distributing force across a hardened, protected surface.
All-Weather Products
All-Weather
A dual-drawer configuration that balances secure storage and structural strength. The Two Drawer features duo full-width drawers for organized gear access, while the center divider reinforces top-load capacity—allowing the system to function as both secure storage and a durable, load-bearing work surface.
All-Weather
A split configuration that provides secure drawer storage on one side while keeping the remaining bed space open. The Half-Width design allows you to carry larger equipment, materials, or cargo alongside protected gear—maintaining flexibility without sacrificing security.
All-Weather
A gooseneck-compatible configuration designed to maintain full access to your hitch while providing secure, weather-resistant storage. The Gooseneck Design is built to work around in-bed towing setups, allowing you to haul and store gear without sacrificing functionality.

It depends on the model of the truck. Most normal All-Weather TruckVault systems use turnbuckles hooked to factory cargo rings. In some cases L-brackets with Plus Nuts are used. This is typically when custom vaults need to work with aftermarket fuel tanks or accessories. For the Plus Nuts to be installed, new holes must be drilled into the truck bed. Your sales rep can confirm if L-brackets are needed during the quote process. Instructions to install the TruckVault unit based on your vehicle are included with the order.
Yes. The removable wing panel ensures you retain access to the outlets.
A bulb seal is a rubber attachment around the interior of the drawer frame’s opening, which prevents water and dirt from entering the closed drawer. By preventing water and dirt from entering the drawer, your gear is safe from effects like corrosion and water damage.
Absolutely! Notify your sales rep when requesting a quote and they will present you with a modified solution based on the size of your tank.
As long as OEM cargo rings are used, yes. If any modifications are made that require an L-bracket, the system cannot be installed in a carbon fiber bed. Drilling into carbon fiber weakens it dramatically and can even result in total failure. Contact our team to review your options before purchasing.
Unfortunately, not. There is not enough clearance in the hitch well of the gooseneck drawer system to accommodate a fifth wheel hitch. Contact one of our sales specialists for a fifth wheel TruckVault solution.
In many cases, it does. We have you complete the gooseneck measuring sheet, and our engineers will design to fit. In instances where the OEM Puck System does not work, we recommend the B&W Turnover Ball. This moves certain OEM safety chain anchors which are so far apart they cause a loss of drawer space closer to the gooseneck ball.
An AW1 Half-Width TruckVault system ranges between 160 lbs. – 325 lbs. depending on the vehicle and bed length. An AW2 Two Drawer system often ranges between 280 lbs. – 575 lbs. With most trucks having a payload capacity between 1,500 and 3,000 lbs., it’s safe to say the effect is minimal.
